45 mins – €40
60 mins – €55
Discounts can be offered for 2 or more different treatments in one session. Multiple treatments can be provided for 60 minute appointments only.
REIKI
There are seven key Chakra energy points along the body. These Chakras govern major organs, glands and emotions in the area where they are based. During a treatment, you will lie fully clothed on a comfortable therapy bed whilst I place my hands above or on, major energy centres along the body called Chakras.
INDIAN HEAD, NECK & BACK MASSAGE
As implied by the name, the Indian Head Massage is a form of massage therapy created in India thousands of years ago. It is a deep style of massage derived from the Ayurvedic tradition that focuses on the head, shoulders and neck.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
The stone massage is a form of alternative medicine massage therapy and bodywork involving the placement of a number of either heated or cooled stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation and therapy.
REGULAR BACK, NECK & SHOULDER MASSAGE
As with our Indian head massage, this treatment will help relieve built up tension that can often result in headaches, migraines, neck and back pain.
